A photographer, one unexpected proposal and the international platform now creating new paths for designers across Europe
Two years ago, Viktoryia Kukhta was looking at fashion through the lens of a camera. Her work as a photographer placed her close to designers, beauty professionals and the visual stories that shape how a collection is remembered. Then came a deceptively simple question from a designer. Why not create a fashion show. There was no long corporate plan behind the first answer, only instinct, curiosity and an understanding of what creative talent needs in order to be seen. The first event took place in Düsseldorf. It could have remained a successful single presentation, but the response revealed the outline of something larger. When the project reached Paris, it gained an international audience and a new sense of purpose. That evolution became Viktory Paris Vision, the platform Kukhta will bring back to the French capital on September 28, 2026.
The next edition will take place at the Mairie du 16ᵉ Arrondissement at 71 Avenue Henri Martin,
arriving at the beginning of Paris Fashion Week. The historic halls will welcome designers, artists, media,
buyers, influencers, entrepreneurs, fashion professionals and representatives of international
companies through an invitation only format. For Kukhta, the choice of venue reflects the way she
thinks visually. Fashion should not be separated from the room in which it is experienced. The
architecture, light, music and movement all contribute to the story. Art, jewelry, live music and opera
will therefore surround the runway, turning the evening into a cultural composition. The formal beauty
of the Mairie will give the presentations a sense of heritage, while contemporary collections bring
energy and surprise into the historic setting.
Among the featured participants will be MININA, presenting a collection made from genuine natural
linen. The material introduces a quieter and more tactile idea of luxury. Its beauty comes from
authenticity, fluid movement and the visible character of the fabric rather than excess. In the Parisian
interiors, natural linen will create a striking visual tension between simplicity and ceremony. Kukhta
understands such contrasts from her years behind the camera. She knows that a memorable image
often depends on the meeting of two different worlds. Here, linen meets architectural grandeur,
contemporary design meets French history and the runway meets opera. Guests will experience the
collection as part of an atmosphere rather than as an isolated product, allowing the identity of the
brand to remain vivid long after the presentation.
What started in Düsseldorf is now extending to Zurich, where the platform is building a presence in Switzerland. Frankfurt and Cannes are also part of the future map, with every destination intended to introduce participants to a different cultural and professional community. The next event is planned for March 6, 2027, and casting for designers and creative talents has already begun. Another edition will follow in September 2027. Through Viktory Agency, Kukhta is turning an accidental beginning into a long term international structure. The story is still defined by the same principle that inspired its first chapter. Bring talented people together, create the right atmosphere and allow a conversation to become something larger. On September 28 in Paris, that philosophy will fill the rooms of the Mairie and give another group of designers the chance to begin their own unexpected story.
