# Supreme's Sales Are Up Again, and Nobody's Lining Up Overnight for It

> StockX data has Supreme as 2026's best-selling apparel brand on the platform for the first time since 2022 — but this comeback looks nothing like the brand's original hype peak.

Supreme is having a real sales moment again. StockX data shows the New York label's sales up 19 percent year over year, with box-logo resale up 33 percent, enough to make it the platform's best-selling apparel brand of 2026, a spot it hasn't held since 2022. The momentum has been building since 2023, driven by a run of collaborations, Maison Margiela, Nike, Spider-Man, Playboi Carti among them, that kept the brand culturally present without leaning on manufactured scarcity alone.

Part of what's driving it is generational overlap: longtime fans staying in, plus younger buyers discovering vintage Supreme pieces for the first time. As one fashion content creator put it, “I don't think Supreme stopped being cool. I think it stopped being new.”

What's notably different from Supreme's original peak, marathon store lines and near-guaranteed resale flips, is how subdued this version of the comeback actually is. A reseller working the current market says momentum is real but uneven: “not every piece sells quickly,” and box-logo margins are thinner once fees are factored in. That reads less like engineered hype and more like a brand staying legible by continuing to do, in one observer's words, “what genuinely means something to them” — proof that fashion cycles tend to circle back to things that once felt inescapable.
