Oktoberfest 2026 Puts Munich’s New Tracht Label in the Spotlight
At Munich’s Marstall during Oktoberfest 2026, a familiar Bavarian celebration became the setting for a contemporary fashion story.
Designer Iryna Natalicheva presented a personal interpretation of traditional dress through tracht N trend, the label she founded this year. International media entrepreneur Anna Stukkert, a client and ambassador of the brand, wore one of Natalicheva’s creations, while the designer herself also appeared in her own work. Their choice brought the focus back to the garment: Tracht designed with the attention to fit and finish usually associated with an individual couture atelier.
The label is new, but its founder is not new to fashion. Natalicheva runs an atelier near Gärtnerplatz and has spent years creating bespoke garments, developing collections for boutiques and working with manufacturing partners. Before studying at ESMOD Munich, she trained in tailoring and pattern construction. In 2014, she graduated with the highest distinction and won the Goldene Nadel for Kavkaz, a collection that revisited traditional clothing through modern design. That same curiosity now shapes tracht N trend, where heritage is a starting point rather than a restriction.
The evening gathered several women whose professional worlds extend well beyond fashion. Stukkert is the founder of the International Investment Congress Awards and works across international media and partnerships. Lidia Weber, Creative and Managing Director of Oliver Weber Collection, wore LanaGraff Couture with jewellery from the Austrian brand, embellished with Crystals by Swarovski®. Alyona Iakymchuk works in international events, business networking and strategic partnerships, while Sabina Farruku, founder of Red Line Cosmetics, has built a Munich beauty business with a focus on training and opportunities for women. Premium mobility for the occasion was represented by Maybach Taxi München by KOMPASS.
For Natalicheva, the visibility of Oktoberfest offered an opportunity to show what a contemporary Tracht wardrobe can be. Her individually developed garments emphasize construction, fabric and personal expression, with appropriate cleaning and storage helping preserve their appearance over time. The message was less about spectacle than continuity: Bavaria’s most recognizable dress tradition still has room for new designers, new clients and new interpretations. In 2026, tracht N trend is making its case from Munich.
