# Prada Group's Growth Holds Up in 2026, Even as Miu Miu Comes Back Down to Earth

> Prada Group's revenue climbed 12 percent through the first nine months of 2026, boosted by Versace's arrival. Miu Miu's growth cooled off, but mostly because last year's numbers were so hard to repeat.

Prada Group closed out the first nine months of 2026 with revenue up 12 percent to 4.54 billion euros, though a chunk of that growth came from a brand that wasn't even part of the group a year ago. Versace, acquired earlier this year, added 441 million euros in sales on its own. Strip that out and adjust for currency, and underlying group sales were still up a more modest 4 percent, with the third quarter alone climbing 11 percent at constant currency.

The two flagship brands told different stories. Prada itself kept retail sales growing, up 2 percent over nine months and 1 percent in the third quarter, with the Americas and Asia-Pacific, China included, doing most of the lifting while Europe and Japan held roughly steady. Miu Miu had a rougher quarter by comparison, retail sales essentially flat for the nine months and down 3 percent in the third quarter alone, though the comparison point explains a lot: Miu Miu grew 41 percent over the same nine months in 2025 and 29 percent in that year's third quarter, a bar that was always going to be hard to clear twice. Strip out the Middle East specifically, and the brand's third quarter looked broadly stable. Miu Miu also kept building out its retail presence during the quarter, running pop-ups under a new Vinyl Club format and opening a dedicated lounge space inside Shanghai's IFC mall.

Group leadership framed the quarter as a resilience story more than a slowdown. Chairman Patrizio Bertelli pointed to the group's newly opened leather goods production facility in Piancastagnaio, Tuscany, as evidence of a longer-term industrial strategy, while chief executive Andrea Guerra called the quarter's backdrop one of the more difficult the industry has faced recently, crediting brand strength and retail execution for holding the numbers up. Guerra also pointed to September's new multi-floor retail and hospitality project in Milan's Galleria, which folds in food, culture, and a permanent exhibition on the brand's history, as a sign of where the group's creative energy is heading next.

Regionally, the Americas was the standout, up 29 percent to 851 million euros on strong domestic demand, while the Middle East was the one clear soft spot, down 25 percent, even as the company said conditions there had been improving quarter over quarter. Asia-Pacific grew 10 percent to 1.34 billion euros despite subdued mainland Chinese foot traffic, offset by stronger results in South Korea, Hong Kong, and Macao. Europe rose 4 percent to 1.18 billion euros, and Japan gained 5 percent in local terms, though currency swings turned that into a 6 percent decline once converted. The company also said its integration of Versace remains on schedule, ahead of Pieter Mulier's debut as creative director there in 2027.
